1 Services Overview

Bowling Green Home Repairs provides residential home repair, maintenance, improvement, and related services to homeowners and property owners in Bowling Green, Kentucky and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, material availability, weather, and scheduling considerations.

2 Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are free, non-binding, and provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.
• Final pricing may change due to unforeseen conditions, customer-requested changes, structural issues, or material availability.
• Any material change in scope or cost will be communicated clearly before work proceeds.

We believe in honest pricing and clear communication — no surprises.

3 Scheduling & Access

• Customers agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times.
• Missed appointments or cancellations without reasonable notice may result in rescheduling delays.
• Weather, safety conditions, or emergencies may require schedule adjustments — we’ll always communicate promptly.

4 Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late or unpaid balances may result in service delays or collection actions as permitted by law.

5 Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Disclose known issues (electrical, plumbing, structural, environmental hazards, etc.).
• Secure pets and ensure a safe work environment.
• Obtain required permissions (HOA approvals, landlord permissions, etc.).

6 Workmanship & Materials

We stand behind our workmanship. Materials used may be supplied by BGHR or sourced per customer request. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.

Normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party alterations are not covered.

7 Property Damage

We treat every home with care and respect. While rare, accidental damage may occur. Any concerns should be reported immediately so they can be addressed fairly and promptly.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kentucky law:

• BGHR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the value of services performed.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9 Website Use

All website content is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized copying, misuse, or misrepresentation of BGHR branding or content is prohibited.
